Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted in exchange for store credit. Please return items unused and in the same condition you received them within 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to you, unfortunately I can not accept the return. 

Returns are not accepted on the following items as they are FINAL SALE:

- Shoes

- Sale items 
 Only regular priced items may be returned,  unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 - Swimwear

- Accessories

How to return:
To return, mail your product to: 240 Shadow Creek Dr., Florence, MS 39073

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please make sure to include your name or order number in the package

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please make sure to keep your tracking number incase this happens!

Late or missing returns 
Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. A store credit code will be issued via email or phone number provided by the customer. If you haven’t received your store credit code within 5 business day of the return showing delivered, please contact me at littlebritchesbabyco@gmail.com.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of placing it unless it has already been shipped. No cancellations are guaranteed. Please check your order before placing it.
